Local Author Fair

Last weekend I was invited to do a book signing at the Hood River Library to help celebrate Waucoma Bookstore’s 38th anniversary. There were cookies, local literary heroes, and a healthy dose of book nerdery. I sold copies of Heart of the Current, and met several fans who came in with their own books for me to sign.

The Hood River library is an impressive gem in our community. It is a Carnegie library, which means it is a gorgeous, sunny place full of books and stellar architecture. It was a delightful way to spend a beautiful October day, and I just wanted to say thank you to all who came out and met me. I had a blast, and hope to do it again in the future!
